New management, doing things on the cheap. This means no plastic gloves for fuel, often dirty forecourt and generally run more like a food shop than a petrol station!

Very bad customer service. Tried using the shell coupon promotion and the guy at the till didn't accept it saying that they dont work for shell?!?! Although he was wearing a shell uniform.

I always buy my petrol from round way station because it’s local for me I never have any issues with any employees they so friendly until today I went to buy my petrol as usual I checked to see any gloves available for me too use but it wasn’t so I used tissues to hold the pump and I walked in to pay and there was a bin I put tissue to bin customer constants I never seen before I think his new he was really rude he shouted at me and telling me I shouldn’t put my rubbish in the bin I got upset and I said you know what you don’t approach customers like that you didn’t even say good morning to me you start shutting at me that’s not nice instead of apologising he was assuming I done that before I shouldn’t put my rubbish to bin and on and on I said to him watch your manners.
I never had a experience like that before you need to couch your employees better to treat customers better he don’t have any rights to talk to me in a bad manners.

Decent petrol station. Has a big car wash. Air and water machine. A londis with all the essentials. Outside there is an amazon locker

Bought v power petrol and I suspect I got regular unleaded as my car felt really sluggish afterwards. Shell should really investigate them. The whole set up at that station feels really sketchy.

Air machine clearly faulty (I’ve used it lots previously with no issues) but when I went to tell the staff they were needlessly rude and wouldn’t accept that it wasn’t working, even though they said they’d had similar problems for the last few days - apparently the customers were the issue(!)

Due to a Shortage of HGV drivers and haulage transportation there isn't any Fossil fuel and crude oil in the UK and European Union!!!!. But there are plenty of snacks available here so kindly leave a donation of appreciation at your discretion for the most poor and vulnerable in our society.
