This garage is amazing. I visit here regularly and all the staff go above and beyond in terms of service. Always made to feel very welcome by a lovely lady called Joanna. Always greeted with a welcoming smile and brightens my day up each time I visit. Her customer service skills are exemplary and her warmth is genuine. If only other shops and garages could be as friendly as these guys, the world would be a better place. 😀😀😀

How can this garage be dearer that Heathrow and Gatwick. The pump registers0.84p before any fuel even comes through the pump. Gatwick shell garage fuel is £1.22, Heathrow virtually the same but this garage completely takes the mick. Even esso is a lot cheaper. Nothing like being robbed on a daily basis

2 older staff members were extremely rude to me about using 'too much' chocolate dust on my Costa coffee. After I explained I quietly explained I had anorexia and it's all I'm able to take, one staff member proceeded to say she didnt care and it was for other customers and you could only use 2 sachets which it states no where !! I spent the rest of the day in tears

Lovely garage shame about the staff very very rude old man collecting litter swearing at me as i parked mistakenly i quote its not my fault you cant effin drive i asked for his name and he walked off as i use shell as a company fuel card provider im considering looking elsewhere as this absolutely disgusting behaviour really isnt acceptable

Fuel at Shell's traditionally aggressive prices although they're not the worst.

The staff are quite nice but, after more than four months of representations, neither staff nor head office are capable of getting The Times to scan correctly nor do they care that the price comes up wrong.

We live in an era where retail staff believe anything a bar code says - without reasonable knowledge of what is correct.

Modern shell station. Amazon pick up point. EV charge points. Deli, Costa coffee,can shop fresh veg meat here.

Just seen the re-built Shell Garage (Due to open) and they've still only installed just the ONE vehicle charger! Talk about investing in the future. Unbelievable.

Now that this has been update it's really nice. Their is plenty of options for different fuels and electric cars along with a brand new shop to buy food and bits in.
