How on earth can a place that is signposted "Services" NOT have any functioning w.c.? This happened on Monday 29 August on our return to Manchester from Wales. We pulled in for fuel, and a toilet break, but hey, guess what, no toilets operational? I was told very casually by the bearded assistant behind the counter. He also told me it was the fault of no-one!! Come on, this was down to someone not doing their job properly.

I stopped there to buy some food and use the toilets. I went in to the gents, it was discussing, no toilet paper , apart from one tool on a wet floor. Each bowl had skid marks and urine on the seats, two paper holders were broken on the floor and generally dirty. They did not look like they had been cleaned in a long while. I walked out, I would not risk buying food there.

Stopped here as my van was overheating the lady there was really helpful and allowed me to get some water. Purchased a spanner set which allowed me to fix the van. Many thanks indeed.

Bought three items from and the grocery section. One was a bottle of milk. When I got it home I realised that the cap was loose, and the foil had been pulled back and the milk was unsealed, and the level was lower than it should be.

I went this evening to fill my car with petrol. The pump was going on and off yet the cost was still going up. Even when I stopped the trigger the cost was going up. The guy in the store said the fuel had ran out and that was the problem, he told me to come back in the morning to speak with his manager! Why was there no sign on the pump stating closed if this was the case and why was the cost going up when no fuel was coming out of the nozzle. I will be reporting the incident to trading standards and my credit card company.
Apparently this is a regular occurrence with the guy before me saying it happened last month.... shocking service and should have got no stars but unable to give that!

Terrible keep away! Pumps don't always work and when try to sort it the staff pretend not to speak good enough English to help and when think getting somewhere will just say so? And brush you off saying it's all your car that is broken

Disgusting toilets, staff:- the lady had a Disgusting attitude extremely rude to me and others in the shop... greggs must be disappointed to be on their property 😡
