The staff vary widely in quality, from barely acknowledging you to really friendly and helpful, really brightening your day.
Sadly, the contactable owner: Emma Gardiner, doesn't care which you encounter.
She disciplined an employee (Ben, the most refreshingly polite, cheerful and obviously intelligent members of staff, that it has been my privilege to encounter)
His misdemeanor: Giving out his boss's number, so I could thank her for the exemplary service that he regularly gives to his customers.
"This is just one of the four garages that I own in Gloucester and I don't like being phoned at 7 in the evening."
I'm sorry Ben, for the trouble I've caused you and that you work for someone like this.
You're worth much more mate, have a look around.

24 hour fuel and Spar shop. Shop always clean and tidy. Staff always polite and happy. Not supermarket prices but 24 hour convenience.

Just filled up at this service station and picked up a few goods too, only to see the cashier blowing his nose with gloves on then continuing to serve everyone including me handling my goods with same gloves. HE SHOULD NOT BE AT WORK!!!

Prices not so good as they have been. Cheaper round the corner!
