Can anyone explain to me why it’s ok to rip customers off for fuel prices on motorways ? There are thousands of customers passing the door every day so prices should be cheaper .

Very nice and clean service station. Plenty of food choices and a nice area to stretch your legs and walk. 4 stars because the food is very expensive.

Rude. Asked me to leave as I entered like he was a bouncer and I'd started a fight. They don't normally shut at ten so I was quite shocked. Shook to my core.

Brilliant staff, the toilets could do with a clean, taps have been broken for the last month. The food is really tasty and fresh. Fuel prices are quite high. Good experience over all

Great stopping point when travelling. Due to covid they have to shut the main building at 22:00. After closing you can stop at the petrol station which is open 24hrs, and get pretty much anything you need ie toilet, shower, hot/cold drinks hot/cold food. Enjoy!!

Stopped today at 9.30 - no sandwiches in the shop and a huge line waiting for coffee with only two people serving. Used to be our favourite place to stop on M5 but has been like this the last few times, seems to be going downhill sadly
