Sainsbury's Petrol Station

A great range of products but the store is let down by a dreary transport like Cafe with long queues it is pointless standing there for up to 20 minutes as I have done just for a coffee.
I use Morrisons much further away but a bright colourful cafe with a cheerful ambience.
So my family eat and shop at Morrisons even though Sainsbury's are just around the corner from where I live.

Store is ok for shopping but the cafe is not so good, a display of pastries uncovered unhygienic.
Today while queuing for coffee there was a woman sneezing directly in front of them. All cakes should be covered for hygiene. Bad show Sainsbury.

Large supermarket with large selection of food and drink. Includes largish clothing department with smaller areas dedicated to magazines, homewares, stationary, toys and media. There is a connected cafe to the west of the building and a petrol station located to the west of the supermarket. Access/egress is from a roundabout from a connecting road off of the A30. The car park is large and there are many disabled and parent & child spaces available.

This is the largest Saintsbury's in Basingstoke.This shop is definitely a super store with a large clothes section as well as a very large food area. There's a café and deli areas. There's a petrol station and a mini mall with an Argos
It has a good world foods selection

Not the best prices for fuel in town but a convenient place to fill up en route to M3.
Lots of pumps for when its busy, a decent car wash and free air and water too.

1 O'CLOCK ON A FRIDAY.
NO JACKET POTS AND NO SOUP.
SAID ID JUST HAVE COFFEE WHEN SOUP APPEARED. SOUP PUT ON SERVERY WHERE COFFEE IS GIVEN. TOOK 20 MINUTES SO SOUP ALTHOUGH NICE WAS COLD.
THEN TO CAP IT ALL NO KNIVES TO SPREAD BUTTER AND NO CLEAN TABLES SO I HAD TO CLEAR IT AND USE A ANTI BACTERIAL WIPE TO CLEAN IT. THE COFFEE WAS HORRID.
I WILL NOT BE VISITING AGAIN.

Very friendly staff. Good mobility scooters for people with mobility issues. Clean. Well stocked. Big store and nice range of products

Easy location to top up for fuel, pay at pump ideal and free air & water for those drivers checks and a quick top up as needed.
