A hot sausage roll was £1.99 and it was tiny. I was hungry on the way home and wanted a snack but it was expensive so I ended up getting a coffee and waiting until I got home.

However the garage and all facilities were clean and tidy which is, I guess, what you would hope for.

Very helpful staff!

Had to stop for food for work early this morning. Man behind the counter never scanned my items then overcharged me by nearly £5 . He argued with me and then said he couldn’t bring my items up on the till because he said he couldn’t get back into the till now it’s closed Added the items up 4 or 5 times with him and he wouldn’t accept his error even tho my adding was correct. Was very difficult to communicate with him as he obviously had a hearing disability. My money never went through the till and he was stumbling over how to explain it. At that point a man behind me became very irate So I decided to quit the discussion. All I got in the end was £1.05 change. Which was nowhere near enough. I gave up in the end because the guy was impossible to talk to. Morale of the story … always get a receipt. Strange , I always go in there and he always asks if I want a receipt …. But this time he never asked and he never gave me one. Shan’t be going there again

Needed somewhere to stay in my truck over night and stumbled across this place the staff who was on were very helpful and let me park for free great place and very friendly

Shell working staff is very rude to clients. Person working today afternoon was very rude and not paying attention to clients. Staff should be charged for sure.

Never any pumps working, coffee machines have been broken for weeks now and for a "quick pit stop" it ends up taking me around 20 minutes just to find a working pump and get a coffee.

Shell card declined twice then worked due to new system. Tried to them buy some chocolate with contactless payment and declined twice even though there’s plenty in the account. I left the chocolate there and said how disappointed I was with the visit. They said don’t bother coming back. Too many staff behind the counter who haven’t got a clue and lack manners.
