Just been there 19/12/2020 19:30 . Was just passing to get a drink and thought I’d cash in two of my scratch cards. Woman at counter didn’t even want to say hello. No conversation as she was far too busy taking to her friend on loud speaker on the phone! When I asked her if she could cash my scratch cards in she carried on taking in the phone ignoring me and and just put her hand out to give her the cards but I had to wait for her to finish her phone conversation before she did anything. Good job I wasn’t a mystery shopper. She’s very disrespectful and a disgrace to your company!

We were stranded here due to the vehicle brakedown. Recovery service took hours to arrive but staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. The cashier heleped us with some key information and even offered some of his food as he saw that its been hours of waiting for us. Amazing! Such a lesson in what it means to be a human being and show kindness.

Good selection of outlets. When we have been Greggs has been cleaner and better stocked than costa. Watch out though if you have children as there are few pavements and vehicles going very fast.

Accessible forecourt, check prices, not the cheapest. Good shop onsite and a Gregg's

As all garages, especially motorway services it's expensive. That said, if you need something outside of normal store hours it's great.

It's ok here, prices are high for asda but not so for services.

Day staff are friendly but the member of staff on nights is just rude, will ignore you, walk away or huff n puff, if you gonna be like that everytime it's a good job its not a local shop and has passing motorway trade, as locally is a last resort at night time

Great value fuels, best in the area. Shop is well stocked too

Expensive fuel, but to be expected adjacent to a motorway junction.
Was quite concerned that the card machine has the shield to protect your PIN quite clearly broken off so the staff can see the keypad. Will be keeping an eye out for transaction on my card.
