Started coming here for the PP after Johnsons Premier down the road repeatedly refused to acknowledge my existence and just shook their heads at me whilst on the phone, so I started coming here instead.

I don't know the name of the guy, but he is always so happy. He has given me great customer service time after time and I always leave with a smile.
After nipping to the Johnsons once again this morning to give it another go despite telling myself I should just go to this Garage, I ended up with a horrible customer service experience there again and just dumped the goods and walked out.

Went to this Garage and was met by a lovely younger guy who was perfectly polite and from now on I will only visit this store for my nip out purchases.

Sometimes car wash doesn't dispense soap, only water !
If this happens, make sure you mention it to them before you leave . They made me feel like as if I was lying when mentioned later.

Cheapest fuel bar Asda in Colchester today. Decent shop with a good selection of food and drink, clean pumps and friendly customer service. Great BP garage

I am local curier i am trying to use toilet but everyday is ,,out of order,, its not very comfortable for drivers

Be careful of this place. Went in to buy diesel tonight and the board quoted 131.9p. The pump was charging 149.9p! Pretty sure that's illegal. And yes, that was standard diesel.

I bought a Carwash code , but it was busy and i was in a rush, so i haven't used it on the day
I got back after a couple of days and it wasn't valid any longer .
I didn't know, and it doesn't even mention that is valid only 24 Hours,
Why do i think this is a scam

Just went to get a gold car wash and was given a bronze by mistake, which I didnt know at the time , after the car wash that gave no soap and dry I went back in and was told my the rudest manger I have ever come across that I should have said something at the time!
