Convenient petrol station, lady on checkout nice and polite

It's named low cost fuels, however you won't need to go far to find it cheaper. It's reasonably priced compared to others.
The shop itself is good, the staff are always really nice, and it's very conveniently positioned too.

Unfortunately had a really bad experience here. Was charged twice for fuel today after being told that it hadn’t gone through the first time. I live an hour and a half away so I called them as soon as I realised and was told that the money would appear back in my account, but have since called my bank and have been told I’ll need to wait a week.

It was a full tank of petrol, and I will now need to borrow money for the coming week as the double charge wiped out all the money in my account. I understand this might be a problem with the card machine, and maybe it’s no one’s fault, but they sounded as if this has happened before when I called. I have people I can borrow from but some aren’t as lucky.

Hit and miss with this place depends who serves you. Not always the warmest of welcomes, in fact sometimes I feel like I’m a massive inconvenience for actually going in to pay for my fuel.

Prices are competitive. Shop is well stocked and staff are friendly.
