Absolutely abysmal customer service. I had a puncture in one of my tyres and tried to pump some air. The machine did not want to accept my card so I used a £2 coin as that was the only change I had. The display on the machine started working but no air was pumped. I asked the staff for help, but they said that there is a sign display message that the machine is out of use and I should have put any coins there which wasn't true as the sign was displayed only on the vacuum machine. After 10 minutes of waiting one of the employees said that I can only get 50p back as the machine accepts only 50p coins, which again wasn't true that label clearly states that I can use 10, 20, 50p, 1 & 2 pound coins) and I've been told if I don't like it I can contact the corporate. The manager was in his back office and didn't even bother to come and talk to me, just sent all his messages back and forth through one of his staff. I really don't care about this £2 but the appalling customer service and lack of willingness to help made me so frustrated that they simply couldn't acknowledge their mistake and at least try to resolve the issue. I wouldn't have to waste 30 minutes of my life arguing if the out of order sign was displayed and could go elsewhere. At the end I didn't even hear anyone saying sorry and was left with a flat tyre. Thanks to his excellent entrepreneurial skills, the owner of this branch earned £1.50 and a negative review. I hope it was worth it! :)

Esso petrol station/ Morrisons daily/ Gregg's. Used to house a Subway but they've binned that recently in favour of a Gregg's. Good decision. Still get the odd Wally that fills up with petrol and then decides to do their weekly shop whilst rendering a pump unusable.

Always say same thing. Nectar card from mobile we can’t scan it. spent £100 no nectar points

It's an OK garage but the shop doesn't always have bread and milk first thing Monday morning, which then makes me go to the nearby Tescos instead. Also the shop is limited on items that are sold.
