Fylingdales Service Station

After my daughter locked my Audi keys in the boot, I contacted Greenflag who put me in touch with this amazing local recovery company as I was in Whitby. Vehicle was deadlocked and electronic handbrake was on. As it's a newer A4 all old tricks no longer work so this wonderful family business drove me back to Liverpool to get my spare key then drove me back. Rapid and professional service by lovely people.

As the previous review my husband also locked his keys in his jacket in the boot of our Freelander outside our caravan at Robin Hoods Bay. It was also deadlocked. This very patient man spent 3 hrs plus extricating the jacket from in the boot over into the back seat with a rod, finding the correct pocket, removing the keys from said pocket and pressing the release button all with the rod....

We have just returned from a weekend on the North York Moors. Our car began to play up last night, and this morning we rang our car recovery firm, who sent John out to us. He worked in the pouring rain and brought us and our undriveable car the 65 or so miles home efficiently and courteously. Great service, many thanks John. Highly recommended.

Really good service from Brian,came out to my home,diagnosed the problem,suggested trying injector cleaner before fitting expensive parts,and hey presto it worked,really blown away with that level of service,which is hard to find nowadays.
