Handy just off The M3 , also by Farnborough Gate Retail Park & Frimley. I like this garage come fuel filling station with convenience store but that's maybe perhaps because I'm biased as it's been my local for many years ! :) Locally, it's always been known as " Bradford's Garage " since around 1960, from the man who owned ( &/ built it - not sure about that ! :-) ) They also have a 24 hour licence to sell alcohol ! - that might be of interest to some ! ;) especially those who have just strolled out of The Ship Inn next door & want a bottle of wine or a few cans of beer to take away home, which The Ship don't allow, at least not after the last orders 'bell' goes ! ;)

Not a regular customer but been here many times in recent years, mostly for food or a Costa and never had a problem until now. Today I was absolutely appalled at the unacceptable attitude of the member of staff on duty. I'd just bought a Costa express and took it back within minutes after a few sips because it tasted funny - like the milk was off. Firstly there was a communication issue because I'm deaf and the employee had a foreign accent, so difficult for me to understand anyway. When asked to remove face mask so I could lip read she snatched at her mask and screwed up her face like she was angry and was so blatantly rude - sadly there was no-one else to witness this. No matter where I go, do not find this sort of thing acceptable - disability or not. Perhaps some staff there need to be reeducated in politeness and customer service!

Not to bad garage staff could be a little bit friendlier and helpful

Be very careful when purchasing from this Shell shop. An item was scanned 3 times without me realising till I went home. I paid 3 times for a Sarnie which wasn't even that nice!

The lady with glasses who served me at the till has no courtesy. She didn’t even look at me and had a scowl on her face. No thanks no nothing. Get a life.

Website stated that they are open 24/7,Mon-Fri including bank hollidays.
This is really not true info. I went to check this store today and the store is closed!!!!
-Disappointed costumer!!!! Grrr!!!!

I rang today to ask about petrol availability during the shortage crisis. The staff member who answered the phone couldn't speak English and put the phone to onewhile they carried on. Is this is the best Shell can do in hiring and training?

Staff are very nice and friendly and toilet was clean
