Work late near by. Have come to try and get s snack and s drink a couple times this week, only to wait 5 minutes to see no one on the counter or on shop floor

The venue is covid19 secure. Don't attempt to visit without a covering you will be warned politely by staff impressive to see this happening. Venue is very clean, the staff are superb, and the venue is very well stocked on every visit. Prices are reasonable and the opening hours are all day open 7 days a week too. There are additional features at the venue such as hot drinks vending machine and other sub retailing available too.

Tried to fill up pump blowing air, changed pump after talking to staff, at point of paying for fuel I did get they tried charging me for the air that had come out of original pump. Staff did not shut down original pump.... How many others will be charged for fuel they do not get.

Worst place I've filled up at asked the assistant if they take this fuel card he goes dunno and shrugs at me, he hadn't a clue on what a fuel card was and was treating it like a credit card chip and pin..
