Bp

Yet another BP that closes toilets out of laziness. Signed said out of service but I went in and it's working fine. This happens at so many BP garages just because it saves them having to do cleaning.

Basically, it works, if your busting,use it and ignore the signs.

Very poor customer service. They never have any gloves in dispensers by the pumps. Big sign on entrance says toilet for customers open and when You come in You find out is actually out of order

Located along the m20 with east access. There is a Costa, Sunday,
McDonald’s with 5 minute walk. Additionally drive down further into Dartford there is a town centre. They are your typical off license store with a garage for motor vehicles who use petrol/diesel as well as those who need an electric charging station. Good layout of the shop with bright colours on display

The toilets was absolutely disgusting, the smell of urine was extreme, completely unusable.. there’s no way that had been checked within a few hours. ( I’ve now been there again yesterday evening and the toilets was absolutely disgusting.. only the disabled toilet open..) didn’t use it as could smell before opening the door… horrendous smell.. makes you wonder how clean everything is behind the scenes..

Supposed to be open 24 hours according to Google, I turned up at around 21:40 on a Saturday night, no cones out, myself and others were told it was closed.

Petrol much cheaper than my local stations.

The shop is open 24/7.

They have toilets but locked for customers.

Rude staff, watching videos on phone behind counter while serving me. Because of her distraction she didn’t know what I was talking about! When I arrived the subway section was open, then 2mins after I mad a purchase at the checkout the subway section was shut! Again very rude staff, would t give me no reason. Just said it’s closed and then locked the door behind counter and walked away from me!!
