I am absolutely disgusted with this women’s behaviour. Me and my boyfriend just visited to go and put petrol at first the lady clearly saw us as she kept looking us up and down. Then she would not authorise our pump which I had to beep a couple times. We was also the only car at the pump. And then she starts doing something with her hands to now we still do not know what she was doing. Anyway. I needed to take tablets but noticed I never had any water. Then she turned around and told my boyfriend the shop is closed. What stupidity is this!!!! IT WAS CLEARLY OPEN. SHE WAS WALKING AROUND DANCING. I really wished I went up there just to get her name. And this was just before 23:00. Why advertise it as 24 hours. Never going there again.

The worst bp in London. It's supposed to be 24h but during the night the staff disappear and this happened a lot of times....

Lovely Petrol Station. Lots of parking space and clean toilets. Quality M&S meal deals and friendly staff at the till

Just been there and a shop has been kinda "closed" - when the guy is in there! And that was like around 22.20,Friday. Petrol stations are for that reason-if you need something urgently! Especially if you say you are open 24 hours!

Useless if you are not 24h don’t say so or fire whoever keeps closing literally had the guy behind the window flip me off when I walked up to the window.
