We have coffee and fill out tanks there every morning on our way to work in London, unfortunately, there is a guy with glasses there that treat us as horrible and extremely rude!
You can see that he is unhappy and the worst part is that he takes it on us by serving us with a disgusting attitude.
This morning with an empty house he managed to ruin my morning by completely ignoring me and doing other jobs instead of looking after my order.
I have asked for my coffee that was sitting inside the machine for a while ready to be served and the guy actually confronted me!
So disappointed!

Used this garage frequently and not sure what all the complaints are about. It's very busy. Staff do their best and the store is always full of what I need. When a garage is as busy as this you kind of expect it to be chaotic sometimes. I've never been charged for parking either, the signs are clear. It does need a rebuild though toilets, freezers or card machines always seem to be breaking

No complaints from me. - Earlier this week, I was grateful to be able to buy fuel (and use the toilets) at 4am in the morning ! Thank you.

Services says 24 hours, get here at 08:30 to find out apparently it doesn't open till 10! Staff weren't friendly at all, seemed a bit of an inconvenience being there.

I use this petrol station once a week on my return home from working away. The staff are very friendly and shelves are stocked well. Nevertheless, my biggest gripe is the women’s toilets, they are always in a bad state, there doesn’t appear to be a cleaning sheet in the toilets to see how frequently the toilets are cleaned. My husband says the men’s toilets are also unclean. Please can the owner and manager look into this. It’s disappointing to stop here after a 4 hour drive to use the toilets in this state. Thank you

It's never open and when it is it doesn't have fuel. Staff park their bikes and cars in pump bays at night and early morning which causes queues at pumps. Genuinely sick of the inconsistency.

I can't give less then 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 absolutely excellent service, unfortunately I didn't take the name of the person who was behind the counter but I can tell is the best customer service from far away.
