Good enough, but why is the bloke who works there always sleeping??

Euro garages /spar at Esso disgustingly high prices for much of their stock, the average price of a 30g pouch of cutters choice tobacco (not the fine) was £15-16 all over the uk but here they charged me £22.20 ! Their fuel is more expensive too than many other places, vote with your wallet, go elsewhere, these people are rip off merchants!

If you're here be careful of parking - I parked and bought lunch in the Esso garage, sat in my car to eat it, and then left. I was sent a parking fine for £100 because I had overstayed the apparently clearly posted limit - the writing on the signs is so small that I couldn't read it while sat a metre away in my car eating lunch. I (perhaps naively) assumed it would be long enough to eat lunch but it isn't. When I tried to contact the owner of the garage to appeal she was impossible to get a hold of. The guy behind the counter was incredibly unhelpful when trying to get a contact number and then once we had that it was never answered. Be careful not to spend too long here if you go.

I've done a tour of Esso garages South of the Midlands and this one is above sufficient. Can purchase petrol alongside an array of typically overpriced snacks.
