What you'd expect from a petrol station plus small shop

Friendly and good shop.

On Wednesday, May 18, I went to the convenience store to buy a cigarette and a chocolate. However, due to an oversight by the attendant, these two items came to a total of £56.52. So I complained and asked the clerk to correct it and make an overchange, and for one more oversight, they charged me another £40.01. That is, a loss of £96.53.
The manager then corrected the error and said that within 24 hours the money would return to my account. but that is not what happened.
Two days later, I went back to the convenience store to try to get my money back. However, there was no manager on site to be able to resolve this error. Believe me, a gas station working only with employees and without the presence of a manager.
I contacted the general manager of Shell gas stations, informing them of what had happened, I provided my bank details, but to this day I have this loss.
I'm still waiting for my money to be returned.
