Amazing pet facilities ... if I'm honest I don't know what the services are like as I didn't go in because I was having fun in the dog exercise area!

***** ZERO STARS for ZERO *****

I had the misfortune to have to visit here 21/6/2022 directly off the eurotunnel as we urgently needed the toilet.

After 3 months in Spain and 2 weeks travelling to and from, these were the most disgusting toilets that I have encountered.

There was no need to seek directions to the toilets location, I just had to follow my nose.

Once inside the stench of p1$$ was choking. Obnoxious smell notwithstanding the standard of cleanliness and lack of maintenance was abysmal. The handbasin were filthy with inadequate silicone seals that were black with mold, taps with broken or missing heads, water continually running down the drain due to broken taps, wastage of a valuable resource.

I didn't dare wash my hands in this germ infested environment.

A sharp exit was most welcome, fresh air never felt to good.

Upon return to my car, my wife, who had visited the female toilets, was wiping the souls of her shoes to rid the smell of urine that now fragrenced our car interior. She lamented of the same experience.

Clearly the management of this station has no pride or desire to provide a high standard of excellence in the pursuit of the provision of a safe, healthy and pleasant experience to travellers who visit their establishment.

A first impression is a lasting impression, this is a shameful presentation of the hospitality afforded to tourists who visit out country by Esso whose escalating profits are clearly benefitting by zero investment in customer conveniences and courtesy.

Shameful management.

Very quiet gas station that everyone passes. I guess it is the price of petrol/diesel. Quite some food options there and possibly the cleanest petrol station toilets in the UK

Price is higher than anywhere else. Toilets were old and doors broken. A very depressing 'welcome to England'!

So happy this station is still there. Facilities are really needed here. It doesn't matter how organised you are when you travell thru' the tunnel a toilet is needed on arrival. Le shuttle has over the past couple of years only had one toilet in operation on board for travellers! So thank you for being open to all !☆☆☆☆☆

Welcome toilets and fuel at a reasonable price. As the first experience of Britain when you enter the country, the shabby, rundown infrastructure was a real anticlimax after the luxury of driving on the continent.
