This petrol station is famous for being the BP that Michael works at in Season 2 of 'I'm Alan Partridge'.

When I visited, there was no sign of Michael, Tex or Lynn though I can confirm that the microwave heats apple pies 'Hotter than the Sun'.

I was disappointed to find they do not sell Toblerone here. I was about the drive to Dundee in my bare feet (in the Rover Vitesse Fastback) and needed supplies.

Visited this petrol this petrol station this morning, between 7 and 7:30am. Filled up my car as normal and grab a pack of donut and head to the til to pay. While the staff is processing my payment, I opened the bp app on my phone as I always do for scanning. After receiving the change from the staff I handed my phone with the barcode showing ready to scan. That's when the staff behind the til told me "It's too late for that". I asked why and he said I have done it already. I was a bit confused because he did not even ask me if I have a phone app to scan like what the other staff normally do. Then he walked away from me and said nothing, not even a simple apology for finishing my transaction without asking if I do have the app or not.
This petrol station is my regular one, but because of the experience I have this morning I am not going back there anymore. The type of customer service I have experience this morning is ugly and unacceptable.

Love using the BPme app, it's so much faster and saves you having to go in store. Bp is the only petrol station I've used in the last 4 years, never had any issues.

Dear Mr. or Mrs.
I got a ticket for using BP services - I didn't know. I thought that only a stop about 30 minutes would be punishable and I stood about 10 minutes because in 44 minutes I was refueling I pumped the wheels only later I stood for 10 minutes and Im drink coffe  bought at the station.

I have always refueled at your stations but in such a situation I am forced to use other stations. Never again BP ... Regards

Check your receipts! They will sometimes add extra items if you are buying a few things!

Extra long hoses???? Such a lie. Just install paying machines at the pump so people dont have to leave their cars, then go off shopping at the store and let a long queue of cars accumulate with frustrated drivers!! Still the old school type setup - such an inconvenience and a shame!!

Been twice charged extra for shoping( two times for same product) when I checked and asked for refund I been treated with bad customer service( be carful to the old lady with white hair and the Asian one)
