They sell diesel with water.

I never had this issue a single time. Had 14 liters of diesel, I put in 52, tried turning on the car... engine cranking but would not start. Tried about 5 times over the course of 20 minutes, nothing... called AA breakdown, 90 minutes later he comes and car starts fine over and over about 3 times, no problem. Because by then the water rose up. Drove my car out and got terrible mileage and horrible acceleration for the first few miles. The owner of this shell should be thrown in jail, he did it intentionally. I wasted 80 £ on AA for nothing

I dont mind about day staff… but night staff they are so unhappy everytime we are coming…. Seems they are taking a p….s give list what i need and they are walking kike turtle … coming back with bed order and when u say that turtle walk comes even worth…. Always looks angry and even makes you feel so horrible that u even came in…. Even today 24/06/22

Do not use here, came at 3am & nobody was here, he was probably asleep in the staff room.

Woman laughed at me when I was buying ice cream

Rude staff day and night and always with the highest petrol prices around. Stopped going there last year.

Only gave one star cause there is no option for zero! I went this morning to put air in my tyres. Paid then started using the machine. All seemed good only just before the money run out the my tyre deflated completely ( it was not even bad to start with) assuming I’ve done something wrong paid again and started again, nothing happened. Went in to the petrol station to ask for help the guy was very unhelpful asking me if the thing was broken. Then he called to the woman in the back who came out telling me it is broken. I was visibly upset as they didn’t seem to want to help. I asked why couldn’t they put an out of order sign on it to which she shouted at me telling me that the sign gets roped off and as they closed ( no petrol) I shouldn’t be coming in. I assumed that they were closed for petrol knowing the situation we are in and they do open every afternoon so I still don’t understand what was her problem. Is that mean we can’t use the shop either?? I didn’t even care when she shouted at me that she won’t give me my money back but I was crying by then because of her rudeness. This afternoon as I was trying to get home from work I was welcomed with the queue to the petrol station blocking the road but of course we who live there should put up with that too.. This wasn’t the first time they were rude! I won’t use this petrol station in future I think..

Decent selection of snacks and drinks.

Every time you visit they'll make excuses why deals aren't deals on that day, yet the offer is in the windows. So much time wasted and then a delightful sarcastic comment as I leave. What a lovely team.
