Went in yesterday for some fuel, a paper and some milk only to find that most of the milk had an expiry date of the day before and should not really have been on the shelf!! Ended up getting a bigger bottle which was probably far too big for what I needed but at least had a good date on it. Very unimpressed. When mentioned it to the cashier she didn't seem bothered at all when it could have serious implications for the business if bad milk had been sold.

It's exactly what you would expect from BP. Open 24hrs with a Budgens and off-licence. Not normally the cheapest in town but easy to get to. Has a car wash and has E5 super unleaded and the equivalent diesel fuel as well as the basic varieties. Staff friendly and the shop is clean. Only dropped one star from my review as the price of fuel is cheaper elswhere within a mile.

£9 Car wash terrible. Left dirt in every nook & cranny.
Don't waste your money, use a hand wash with people, or do it yourself. If you care enough to wash your car, avoid this particular car wash.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service this morning, bought a large Costa coffee and forgot to put cup under the the tap (just woke up 5am) so started again and was told it was not his problem and was made to pay for 2!! I know it’s not his problem but it’s an accident and would like to think that a company of that size would swallow the cost of an item which is mainly pure profit. His attitude was appalling and I am disgusted with how he handled the situation.

pump diddnt stop when tank was full, leaked diesel all on to me, my paintwork, tyres and brakes. they did nothing about it and charged me for all of it. nice they only went “oh sorry about that, that’ll be £54.50”

keep in mind any diesel that goes on brakes contaminates the brake pads and essentially makes them useless.

just be careful with the pump because the fuels to expensive to be sprayed wherever
