Be cautious with how long you spend here as there are signs warning of parking fines.
Purchased a Foxcombe Bakehouse brownie on 21/10/2018 get on the M5 to find it expired on 03/10/2018 really really bad show from the site. Not a slight oversight by a day but a good few weeks. Makes you wonder how high there other date checking standards are. Shame really as it’s a fantastically designed store which is well laid out. Let down by the basics.

AVOID! Stopped here to get a coffee and make a phone call. Ended up with a £100 fine for overstaying in the car park. There may well be signs up but if there are, they're not obvious. Completely unreasonable.

Be aware!
We were travelling to a campsite with our family and stopped at the fuel station so our children could use the toilet and we could fill up our car. We saw there was a subway so grabbed them a sandwich too before leaving, this meant we over stayed the parking limit of 30minutes. I don’t remember seeing it sign posted, so possibly not clearly marked, and now having to pay a hefty £100 fine for using their services!

Great petrol station with all the facilities you need. Use them all the time and quite happy with the prices they offer compared to other Shell garages in the region. For everyone who complains about the parking charges, this is a petrol station, not a restaurant or rest area. In, out in 5 minutes or less. Only buy other stuff if there's no queue. Otherwise there are plenty of amenities in the town centre 5 minutes away.

Ridiculous parking limits... I was over by 4 minutes due to having to queue in both the garage and subway and now have to pay a £100 fine. 30 minutes only is not enough. WILL NEVER USE THIS GARAGE AGAIN!

I would give this garage zero stars if I could! Just paid for the silver car wash on the brushes and I drove my car out dirty out of the Shell car wash.
