On 26 December went around 13:00 hrs to the pump to fill the fuel went to 1st filling station it was not accepting the card message was showing pay at the cashier I had to turn around and come back to another filling station ⛽ this one was accepting the card but was out of paper receipt anyway I inserted my card and followed the procedure accordingly however it was not scanning my Tesco club card at the refiling station ⛽. I filled my fuel and after finishing I went to the store the door was lock 🔒 and no one was at the counter I saw Tesco jacket on the cashier chair but cashier missing. I saw a lady having something inside and and signal her I need help she even refused to come out and have a word and signaled me by waving a hand no no sign. After me there where more people looking to go in to the store too. This a also a safety issue if anything had happened on the fuel station no Tesco representative would be available for a help. Very bad customer service.

Tesco petrol station UB4 9SQ. Has both types of fuel and no queues. As at Fri 08Oct21 @10.45am.

Had to give in and find some petrol as running on fumes and had to go to work. Went early to Tesco . There was a large queue but it was well managed, when into petrol station again it was well managed . The staff were excellent . Just want to say a huge thank you to them and I hope they are rewarded .

Only petrol station i usually use as very near to my home.Also get local free paper there every Wednesday if you go into the store Tesco Yeading for the local paper 99% of the time don't have it all gone.Petrol stn 99% of the time have it.Staff usually friendly & helpful never had any problem there.Usually same guy serving on till he is always friendly.Also female staff ok too.

I'm using this for long time but unfortunately its going downhill only one 0r two pumps are pay cash rest is card payment only which confused people who wants to pay cash plus there no hand gloves or tissue specialy this pandemic its more important than ever
