The normal staff are really nice, but the supposed managers are always on a power trip. I fuel up here because it’s a decent price compared to other places but too often have I had to interact with management who seem to blame customers, their staff and everyone around them but themselves when something goes wrong. They need to be retrained or removed. I try to pay by card where I can because I don’t want to have to go inside and unintentionally interact with managers on a power trip. Like this is your job, do it right, take pride, manage your people well and give them the tools to offer a great service, don’t scold your customers for not knowing how to use your complicated pumps Islam!

Great to have a petrol station which opens up 6am every day Monday to Sunday. Not just a petrol station but u can find every day essentials stocked, along side a Costa coffee machine and fresh bakery section.

I tend to use this place to get fuel as ques are always less then Asda and Sainsburys.... and the staff are extra helpful, extra courteous....

If you ever need a Pitstop to fuel up or buy your essential needs food shopping, definately would recommend coming here, very convenient location and great opening times 👍🏼

Helpful staff ready to help in any situation and open to any suggestions. Cheaper than the other pump fuels on petrol or diesel. Clean inside and we'll assorted.

Only one pump you can pay at counter causing big delays and cue's. I have a fuel card so can't pay at pump.

Handy fuel station on route to site from my hotel good customer service well stocked also collect nectar points with your fuel etc.

No tissue, no gloves, slow service sometimes

The store is good, not much variety but good for a Tesco express.

The queuing system for the till is very confusing and not very well thought out. People can't see the queue so assume there isn't one and go straight to the tills much to the annoyance of those waiting in the queue.
