I have just called into this Service station to ask if my 4 year old could use the toilets as he was very desperate for a wee. I was informed that they did not have any customer toilets.

I then politely asked where the staff went to the rest room and was told that this is not for customers and was told to go to McDonalds 2 - 3 Minutes away. Needless to say my little man didn't manage to hold it in longer.

Disappointed to say the least. I shall not be calling here again. No common sense approach.

I had to explain to a 4 year old why they didn't let him go. Not impressed.

Went to buy diesel, no problem. In the shop I picked up one ice cream, was charged 7.99 for the ice cream, before paying I said I didn’t want to pay this much for it, absolutely outrageous price for ice cream on a stick!
So I placed it back, continued to pay and the server didn’t take the ice cream of the bill, I pointed out that he hasn’t and he refused to give me a refund.
Made me take two ice creams which I didn’t want and didn’t give me a receipt.
Feel like I’ve been taken for a joke and out of £8.

My husband visited this garage tonight to get some fuel, when he went in to pay he heard a gentleman in front of him in the queue explaining to the cashier that the pump he had just filled his BMW up with was leaking and spaying fuel everywhere including all over his young daughter. The cashier was trying to tell the gentleman he had to pay £60! But the gentleman was trying to explain he only put £30 in the rest of the fuel was all over the forecourt and his daughter!
He insisted they put an out of order sign on the pump as it’s clearly out of order!!
However the cashier continued to be nothing but extremely unprofessional including swearing at the gentleman, the gentleman tried to pay on his card but the card machine declined, the cashier continued to be rude and confrontational, the gentleman ended up paying cash and left. My husband then also went to pay by card for it to also decline (no reason for it to) the cashier then proceeded to accuse my husband of trying to steal fuel! Whilst also swearing at him and calling him absolutely appalling names like a (c u n t ).
Our teenage daughter was waiting in the car at the time and I am so grateful she didn’t have to witness this altercation.
I have worked in customer service and I am absolutely disgusted by this behaviour,
I would appreciate a response.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Says open till 23:00 on Saturday, I’ve just drove past and they were closed at 22:15.

Great place nice staff but no fuel 😂
