Please avoid this place. Let it burn.
Stayed for 50min in the parking. I was inside the car, with my engine on. Still got this £90 penalty ticket. Absolute scammers.

I just created the google account only because of this review.

The cashier seemed to be very busy talking his native language to his friend on the video call when I was trying to pay for my shopping.
He didn't even find time to say hello, thank you, good bye or even toss off. Working for the minimum wage doesn't require to be the best at your job mate, but at least do your job properly. That's the only thing to do in customer service 👌

A lovely position by Heathrow's southern runway on the road to the M25 ideal obviously for fuel but toilets and provisions or food drink with small food outlets on sight -it is a well lit establishment with friendly staff👍

Mr Ghaffar was very friendly staff. I usually go to Merestones garage but glad to visit this EG.

Go there early morning and the coffee machines can be hit and miss. Had a coffee which turned out to be hot milk as machine played up. Clean and tidy though with good parking.

Stocks many car accessories. Giving Halfords a run for their money. With a Gregg's too.

It's a petrol station. More expensive than some.
As a decent selection of snacks and sandwiches and a Greggs .

Service was a little slow but that was probably due to the staff overcharging a lorry driver by £100 for petrol and having to sort that out.

The staff and the driver both remained calm. The driver just wasn't sure what to do

I just can't bring myself together. Petrol station 5 stars.

I am a taxi driver, I have to use this station a lot. The toilets are always filthy and usually out of order. Shame on you esso.
