Wow to the terrible customer service employee working this morning.
Don’t ever get parcels delivered there, I saw her throwing them across the floor in anger looking for mine. Grunting, hating being there!
I’ve worked for Bp for a number of years and if you don’t enjoy it, don’t do it!
No wonder there is a sign in the door for staff, but I don’t envy the next person to work along side her!

Poor excuse for a garage. Literally only went in to cash a scratch card and grab a drink. Guy behind the counter barely acknowledged I was there and couldn’t look less impressed to be working there if he tried. He grunted at me. Tried to process my scratch card. Failed, and threw it back at me across the counter like I was wasting his time. Didn’t even bother to scan my drink so I could pay for it. I had to prompt him to finish the sale. Absolute shambles.

night staff were very helpful. he came out and called me as I forgot my tobacco. very nice man

Please let your staff know that some customers will pay for fuel on your Esso App. You had this bored looking woman at the counter telling a guy off for using his phone when in fact he was paying for fuel. The fact she felt the need to make a point out of it, proves how clueless some of your staff are.

They always keep the toilets closed, with the excuse that they are broken, but that's how it is every day.

The staff were so helpful in my time of need, I would rate this garage 100%, thank you
