BP MFG Hayes

Hi,

My name is Shoaib Syed and I am bp customer for all long time. I hold bp card number 70567At 00:3went to BP MFG HAYES. I bought a coffee from Costa Coffee machine and cup filled up like it is going to spill. I drank few sips to make the Coffee write level the Coffee didn't tasted write there was no Coffee taste in it. I told the guy at the till, he said this is the taste as if he knew Coffee was right. I paid for it and went outside. Then I tasted few sips and I was sure the Coffee wasn't right. I told the till guy and he said nothing wrong I said its not proper, I told him I want to take another one, he started arguing with me and said you can speak to the manager tomorrow. I told him that shall I come back tomorrow for £2.5 Coffee.
He said I am banning you I recorded his behaviour. This is not an employee should deal with a customer. Where is the policy that the Customer is always right. Instead he wanted to prove as I was lieing.

I hope you will not let this behaviour in your station again.

Convenient petrol station although there is a Tesco's across the although there is a tesco across the road which probably isn't helpful for them which probably isn't helpful for them but this one has a Subway in it which that's why I'm it which is nice and clean And friendly staff nice fresh produce

Staff constantly refuses to top up paypoint services stating that "machine not working", clearly they don't know how to...

Had a Steak with Cheese. Well presented and neatly done.

Convenient all hours garage. Subway. Costa coffee machine. Various food and household items. Fully stocked. Hot food. Reliable service and product availability

Since last 3 days I was in the shop 5 times and even phone 3 time to get the bottle of calor gas.
The none competent staff could not locate the outside cage key for 3 days and keep telling me to come at night or during the day shift at 09:00am but unfortunately they are not serious with their jobs.
I work for the compliance for my whole life and would like to see the fire risk assessment for this patrol station and also want to see their fire fighting training.
They don't have any common sense at all that how to deal with customers.
All of them are very careless and no one wants to do the job including shop senior management.
My last advice is to all of the customers please don't go there because they don't care about customers.
