Unbelievable. Any time I’m taking petrol here toilet is always closed. And this is at least last few years. Staff lies that this is just happens…

Amazing customer service from Gregorio, helped me put my groceries in bags and is always smiling. Keep up the good service very impressed

It's more then 6 months they can't fix the Toilet facilities for the customers
Upon inquring what about you staff..? the reply was the staff have access to the private washroom indoor.
Could somebody from management can take an action to sort it out as its not convinient for the customers.

It says 24hrs but it’s not it’s always closed at this time I get told to come early, I pass at 3am it’s closed so come back at 5 and it’s closed. A poor biker saw it said 24hrs online so came here after trying the esso with no fuel and to find out it’s closed and now worried as he has nothing left in the tank. It’s false advertisement of times and should be reported they are also very rude!

The worst customer service ever been petrol station. The toilet is been close nearly one year he’s the staff so rude not understand what that mean customer service I say sorry for people using the petrol station
