I’ve been going to this bp for 9 or 10 years and it’s quite sad what’s happened to it recently. Most of the staff seem fed up, the shelves always have no stock on it for days on end so they get products from inside when I ask for specific things. The toilet is disgusting as mentioned by others in these reviews and often has no toilet paper, and I’ve seen staff at the wild bean serve customers without washing their hands even when it’s not busy. I feel like the the new management which took over a few years ago really let the store down, I hope it gets back to the way it once was and the manager steps her game up

Just before midnight on a Sunday, I bought some petrol and asked the staff member for some millionaire shortbread.
He told me they could not sell any items from the shop. Not too impressed.

I was staying nearby whilst in transit Heathrow. I stopped by a few times for M&S. Not a bad range of products to snack on, plus some healthy options too. Service was generally good. Busy petrol station as well.

I live really close to this garage so I’ve been going their regularly for years now. The staff are always polite and the food I’ve got has always been decent. It is of course a bit expensive but other than that it’s very good and has a lot of selection

Forecourt closed in the morning for them to receive their deliveries, lost count of how many times this has caught me out. They block off any vehicle access and it's always in the morning at the busiest time on the way to work. Hardly what I would call convenient. In a world where contactless is the way forward, here I have to hand over my rewards card to get points. So I stopped using the rewards card.

Lovely staff, so friendly. Good range of food. Pretty busy at times but not a problem

Staff are excellent, they always greet you with a friendly smile and are willing to help in any way they can, even under the recent challenging circumstances. Thank you everyone, it's always a pleasure to visit.
