We go to this garage quite a lot for last minute food shop, regular deals and yellow price deals and almost EVERY TIME they charge us more. We know them by now so we always check the receipt. The last two shops, both days in the row, we had to go back because they overcharged us.... I really hope that someone from M&S management reads this as I don’t think it’s good for their name.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they are lying when charging for petrol also...
Check your receipts people!!

Petrol is always 2p per litre more than the surrounding places.

If you want food, you get the pleasure of having to pay M&S prices but without the service (enjoy the queue)

Car wash made my car smell somewhere in between dogs muck and puke, absolutely filthy, changed pollen filter after and put disinfecting bomb in car, only thing that got rid of the smell entirely was to spray detol down the air intake under the windscreen. Filthy thing cost me a further £25.

Staff always seems to have attitude problem, even the manager. I can get fuel cheaper at Tesco or some other place but me going to BP is a social statement that I can afford to pay higher rate for my fuel. The quality of the fuel is there but the attitude of the staff is appalling. It will soon put me of from visiting this store and going to another BP branch. Not good espcisicialy for the brand.

A spacious BP with decently priced fuel - the local Sainsbury's seems to keep it competitive. The shop carries a range of M&S which makes this a useful convenience store for later night groceries

After the recent strikes, and travelling 7 or 8 hours from work with walking 3hrs of those, Rebecca kindly offered me a hot drink. Her kindness doesn't go unnoticed, I only hope more people have the warmth and decency like she does.

I often use this petrol station on my way home from work quite late ,the staff ,especially a really helpful young chap called Jack make visiting a truly pleasant experience.

Would walk 2 hours for this petrol station. Amazing
