Be careful when filling your car at one of them slow pumps you’ll end up overflowing your car..

Best thing is that one of the employees working at the petrol station doesn’t even know how the petrol pump works and tried to tell me that it’s the car that stops the petrol pump when the car is full, and overflowing it was my own fault even tho it’s the pump that should stop when the car is full I guess I was wrong my whole life and I should educate myself.

Ended up paying for one litre of petrol extra but at least I know my car is full 🤷🏻‍♂️

Be warned they charge £1.00 to use the pay at pump! No signs up to say this and by the time you realise it’s already charged you. No other stations do this so why should they. The shop staff have no interest either and have a terrible attitude!

Too small a forecourt, with the result of an unnecessary car-queue to get in and as often as not you have to wait for car/driver parked ahead at the pump to leave in order to get out. Broken card machine unacknowledged by low IQ staff behind fortress-like barriers, and who want to take only cash for petrol at the counter, although no notice to that effect. All 3rd-rate and not really that cheap.

Cheap petrol poor service be careful the staffs are unskilled coworkers they scan things incorrectly also check your receipt

Dissapointed as I wanted to return a purchase made online. though the website states this branch as a possible return point, the store stated they were not able to return online purchases. I must say I am happy with the black male security guard who went out of his way to assist me. Very polite and understanding. Please give your staff the tools they need to do their job.
In response to the below message. The ASDA supervisor was called and I was told that I should visit the Tottenham hale to return. The store didn't have a machine which could scan my QR return code. I'm aware that the store cannot give me a refund. But why couldn't it process my return .? They said they've never had the scanner.

Warning! If you fill up at Asda N17, you will have to check and keep ALL your receipts for ALL future visits!

My parents have returned home after being humiliated in front of other customers by being incorrectly accused that they drove off in December without paying and were subsequently turned away.

It’s the second time this has happened to them by the same manager. They have been since December, shown the receipt to a different cashier and filled up without issue.

My parents explained to him that they always pay by card and have bank statements as proof. The cashier/manager was accusatory and obnoxious to my elderly parents and we are extremely disappointed in him.

Unskilled staff they scan things incorrectly then roll their eyes at you when you ask for receipt.
