Disgusting toilet. Urine all over the seat and floor. Not the first time as I stop here regularly on trips to North East. Why aren't they being cleaned regularly, one of the worst toilets I've ever used and other users never flush or wash hands, what is wrong with people!? Feel disgusting and sick when I leave, won't ever stop again unless I'm desperate! Vile.

Customer service from a blonde short hair/ glasses lady is not what i expect
I bought a meal deal fo 4.79 £ i even asked her about every item snack drink sandwich and she charge me for all individually even if i told her i want a meal deal.she didnt even bother to give me the receipt until i asked for it.Her attitude really ruin my day.i would avoid in the future

Filled up with fuel, used bathroom, picked up a drink and paid with card. I was the only vehicle on the forecourt. My vehicle is a fully branded van, I was dressed in fully branded uniform.
Got home - 60 miles away and apparently I’ve drove off without paying, they’ve called my employer calling me a thief and called police — all because the guy who served me didn’t charge me for my fuel!!
Had to do a 120 mile journey to pay for their mistake!! Absolutely disgusting

No baby change facility, the choice was either use a piss covers floor or back seat of the car, the car won, very dirty,. Very poor.

Needs more car chargers and faster.

What an absolutely delightful young man serving! He's an asset to the company! Did want to buy take out tea but only coffee and hot chocolate served but hey ho! Tea would be nice please. Well-stocked, clean shop with nice deli.

Good that there you can now charge electric vehicles here.
There is currently a single Shell Recharge point. More would be useful but its a good start!

24hours open, but 👎 NOT POSSIBLE using the toilet facilities!!! Absolutely not correct!!!
