I only go into this garage if I have to return a parcel I do try do it else where and leave this as my last resort as the staff in there are so rude and no help!!
The girl was even on her phone the whole time talking whilst serving which is disgusting! I work in a superstore and would get in serious trouble if I acted like that.

It's a petrol station - or a Fuel Dispensary Site. It sells overpriced petrol, like all petrol stations andvit sells overpriced diesel, like all petrol stations. Hmm, why aren't they called 'diesel stations'? Rhetorical question. Also sell milk, pies, various packaged sandwiches, fags 'n' booze. All the usual selection of lifes emergency essentials, but no forecourt flowers and a bag of charcoal briquettes on your anniversary apparently doesn't cut it.

2nd cheapest place for diesel within a half mile radius atm, well stocked shop too and great staff...gotta be worth a visit to save those hard earned pennies!

Do not use this awful place. Went to send parcels here the lady working said it was ‘inconvenient’ and said to ‘go away’ as she had other customers. When ringing up to try to speak to a manager the same lady answered after hanging up 8 times, when answering she said the manager wasn’t in until 1pm this was 11.45am when I asked if they could ring me instead when they was in she said no and hung up. When ringing to speak to a manager after several times of the phone being answered and put on the side once again I was told the manager would be in after 1 hour and to ring them as told, after trying to state multiple times I was told 1pm not one hour the guy on the phone said he was busy and couldn’t be bothered to deal with me & once again put the phone on the side. This place is CONTRACTED with yodel to deliver a service which is being reported but for anything at all id avoid this place. Useless staff, no complaints system & frankly not cheap either.

If you haven't got a washing machine or yours has broken down or you have loads bigger than your own washing machine then this place can help you out. I know what you're thinking "what the hell, a petrol station with outdoor washing machines" These machines are always busy. That's the only thing, you never know if there free or someone else is using them.

I can only assume that the female mentioned in previous reviews is the same one that served me. Well I say served, that's debatable. There was a problem with the bar code on my parcel but her explanation was completely irrational. Lots of rolling of the eyes and shrugging of the shoulders. I would consider that she treated me with utter contempt. A most unpleasant person, severely lacking in customer service. I would give zero stars if system allowed.

Awful experience this morning with a foreign lady serving me who couldn’t be bothered to add my points. Then rudely waved me away when I got in my car because the station was shutting. Absolutely terrible customer service. 0 stars!
