Worse experience ever.
Needed to collect my parcel from Amazon left for me there by DPD.
manager initially ready to give me my parcel refused to serve me because of my accent. He was giving a lot of different excuses not to serve me. All should be recorded on the cctv camera. He refused to call the manager, refused to give me his name. I was there for 40 min begging him to get my parcel as I am leaving for few days tomorrow morning. With a big smile refused to serve me because of my accent. I will make a formal complaint to the Texaco - he said he doesn’t care. And also DPD and Amazon.
I took his picture as he refused to give me his name so I could make a complaint

Appalling service along with the car wash and very expensive poor customer service overall and you will find out your car is not very clean still after having it washed by hand. Staff feel like they are doing you a favour washing your car at 22 pounds a go. I could not recommend this car wash business to anyone.

Guys on outside wash done good job but need more detailing and attention on final cleaning .

Really cheap petrol station. Shop a bit run down though.

Good place for fuel in what is a rough area. Fuel is of a decent quality. I've not had any problems despite refueling her regularly. Staff are friendly and helpful, managing well.

I've read the other reviews and it's appears that the fake customer scammers are out to scam petrol garages.

Thank you Texaco for giving me great service

Wife filled up her Hyundai i20 here on 10th August. After a few short metres of driving away from the pump yard her car started to stall and eventually halted just outside our front house. A local mechanic came to check the car and we had to arrange a subsequent tow from the AA.

Outcome received today is contaminated petrol, Car is now in a garage being worked on with the petrol tank and relevant mechanics being gutted and cleaned out resulting in an additional garage bill and no car for several days whilst repairs are on going.

After filling up my car with petrol from Texaco at White Hart lane on 10th August, within 2 minutes of departure the car started to shake, foot break loose control. I was so scared and did my hand break quickly, as I was in the middle of the street and the road worker were working near my car. This is really dangerous!!!

I restarted the car again and managed to make it home (I am 3 streets away), car by this point had fully failed.I called the AA, which resulted in a visit to a garage who informed me that the petrol was contaminated.
Waste of petrol purchase and a subsequent garage repair bill which I can not afford.

I have commenced proceedings for a refund of petrol and garage repair costs however no response to date from Texaco. I do have the entire tank of withdrawn contaminated fuel at home.

Filled up my Lexus is250 here on the 10the of August, only managed to drive two minutes away before the car completely gave out. Called RAC who said the engine was in pristine condition but the fuel was bad. Recovered car to Lexus garage who now says fuel was contaminated and damaged engine so bad that it will cost 10k to fix.
