Ruban (maybe spelt wrong) who works the night shift is honestly one of the nicest people I have ever been served by. It's not easy working a night shift and keeping sane ket alone remembering your manners, but he honestly is an credit to your company and whoever hires him. I hope this is heard by his employers. Thankyou Ruban for the amazing service with a smile and patience.

Sells petrol and snacks. No social distancing by staff, signs about using gloves but no gloves. Overcharged more times than I have been charged correctly so either staff not trained on tills, or in it for their own gain.

Decent for a petrol station.
The guy that works evenings is extremely friendly, very polite and courteous which is as rare as rocking horse s*@t! Trouble is, I bought SO many bottles of Captain Morgans spiced gold over Christmas, as soon as he sees me walking over he gets one ready and scans it.
Makes foe a hard life as somebody that drank too much and is trying to quit. 🤣 But I get it, he's just trying to be nice and to be helpful....

24 hours petrol station very convenient. Cash machine available

Open 24 hours. It has recently introduced a ‘pay b4 you fill’ system in response to drivers with fake number plates leaving without paying. Not sure if it operates during the day but at night I had to pay for the petrol I wanted at the window and then the pump gave me the exact amount. Makes sense.

Good place to Collect Nectar points and also they accept American Express Credit Cards

Very rude. I drove into the petrol garage last night. It’s normally open late. The cashier started banging on the window of the shop from inside then came out shouting at the top of his voice that I’d driven in the wrong way and then said they were closed. He was aggressive and overreacted so badly it was hard to understand him. This is the second time I’ve experienced this kind of thing from this petrol station. The last time I used the other entrance and was told aggressively that I was driving in the wrong way. I was shaken up by his behaviour and will not be returning there ever again. I’m sure this is not the way he’d like to be treated.
