Great location. Easy to fill up here if ure travelling on the m25. U got local rate petrol as opposed to services. There is also Burger king and Mcdonalds Drive throughs.
Very well located and as always Shell provide a great level of customer service in their filling stations.

Lady in night staff that has been pointed out in other poor reviews gave awful customer service. Simply put she didnt want to interact with customers and got agitated and rude when selecting products. Please whoever's is in charge get rid of her.

I never write reviews but this lady is something else. Everytime I go at night I'm greeted by her giving me an attitude.

Tonight was particularly bad and for me the last straw.

The staff in this picture says you can only buy fuel and cigarettes at night pay hours, I can't give other products, so I'm not going anymore

24 hr 7 days a week store but was closed to mop floors understandable but when I ask the night lady when it was reopen she turnt rude and refused to serve me apparently I ead pestering her. Then start threatening me saying its in my best interest to leave the forecourt immediately

Many reviews about the same person - shell makes too much money from fuel and obviously don't care about anything else like customer service skills

Up date.... 24/11/2021...head office needs to react to the complaints and to take it serious about Sonia working the night shift... 24 hour garage no... 2.40 am and I stopped to get some milk on way home from work... 3 people waiting at fuel pumps Sonia refused to serve all of us stating garage closed... That is not a 24 hour service station.... What can say..... The link provided takes me to a site out of the UK and does not support customer...I need a phone number for a area manager so this can be dealt with in a professional manner. Disgusted and after months of this poor disgusting service I'm taking a stand and want her either removed or retrained with serious attitude adjustment.

Night shift lady customer service is terrible. How she look at you says”go away”. Can’t even say good morning, thank you. She is silent like she can’t talk. It’s not first time she act this way. I get it, people have saometimes bad days. But she got every night. Is obligated when you are sale assistant to be nice and polite to customers.

The lady who does nights is in the wrong job she shouldn’t be in a job that involves her having to interact with people when she clearly hate’s people iv seen happier people at funerals wow dealing with her at 3am is an actual experience that I don’t think I will ever forget she is really that bad the other staff especially Sanjay are nice polite people David can be a bit rude but anyone who can ride a fold up bike dressed like there about to do a stage in the Tour de France can be forgiven cos if I’m feeling down at all when I get there seeing that sight will always make me laugh seriously he’s got the cycling shorts jersey even the cap what a boy

This time I wanted to buy adblue after fuel he told me something I didn't hear him and I ask to say it again he told me (I already told you one time and if you cant use it don't bring it back) bad stuff after this one I will change I dont know the name I use at 16:00pm 8/12/2021
