Why do the staff sit on the wall daily smoking? inside of the Petrol station. There is a clear sign post saying do not smoke or keep your engines running and they sit next to that sign. Shocking !

Better service , although products are quite pricey. Thank You

The staff is nice and responsive. This station is at a good location near residential areas. It is convenient. Suggest to add a car wash facility.

Popped in the petrol station after Liam Gallagher at Knebworth. The gentleman serving was an absolute super star pointing myself and my son in the right direction after walking back! We won’t forget your kindness

Normally if. Go in there great night service etc. However delivery on uber eats app ain't so good. Wait. A lonnnng time

24 hour, convenient place, drink, snacks, bit of food, whatever in a pinch. It's pricey, but it's a petrol station, they always are.
Staff seem to match your energy, they're nice if your nice, they are isolated when problems happen, so they do standard 'retail staff face' but do actually deal with issues, dont be rude to them, they literally have all sorts of people coming in day to day, they try and help if they can, if not they'll give suggestion or 'sorry mate, I'm not sure' top people

27/01 23, Shell Shareholders take a dim view seeing Staff wearing Shell apparel smoking on the premises that also sells food too ! Shell should know.

Good opening hours but the price of fuel is more than the other Shell garage at The Oval. Also they don't use the shell app for paying at pump here. Madness when you consider the benefits of you not having to enter a shop in this current climate.
They only have 1 pump for VPower Diesel and it's handle is always leaky and covered in fuel as well, a problem I have mentioned many times.

Got a big surprise from the management as I went to refill the wrong gas cylinder and the actually gave me a brand new cylinder bottle for free so only paid for refill.
They are all very friendly and loving people that I feel they are a FANTASTIC F
