Texaco White City

Whenever I go here I always remember 10-15 years or so ago they used to have rat infestation outside, if you pulled in here at night you'd always see a fair few rats running out from the bushes into the courtyard.
Don't think this is the case any more though.
Use this station once in the blue moon, it's ok but can get busy as it's fairly small courtyard, the shop is ok with a good variety albeit the usual petrol station prices.

Stuff were rude and aggressive to my colleague as he was paying with a company fuel card. The two men working in the shop today came out from around the counter where they screamed and pointed in his face, trying to intimidate him. Absolutely disgusted with their actions and poor customer service, plus no regard for social distancing! My colleague was extremely distressed and felt threatened! Texaco need better staff training- I would give no stars if I could.

The best fuel price in the town. Friendly staff. The shop is nice and clean.

This Texaco normally offers low prices compared to other petrol stations in the area.

Worst customer service
Motorbiker with helmets jump ahead of you in the queue and the ugly guy at the till quickly charges the card machine. Both acting dumb as if there is no one else waiting to pay. While I don't mind waiting longer to pay, but decency is a must.

Good price for fuel shame the staff could be better with customer service

£1 coins are required in order to use the air / water machine at this petrol station. While other stations like the Shell near my house accepts contactless payments.
