5* Rating was more for the hand car wash on site than the petrol station itself. But the station is a handy local station with a shop for a few general supplies.

I love my local jet. The staff are always friendly and so helpful. It's a petrol garage so of course it's expensive. Also brilliant car wash service beside here

FAKE FUEL!
When the price went up and fake 'fuel shortages' become a thing, I was on the route in this area. I never used this place before and I tell ya, will never again! REASON: I am the only driver of this car and religiously track my fuel consumption. I always fill a full tank. After this one, my MPG dropped from 47 to 33 mpg (14 mpg less!) and I traveled 100 miles less on a tank! It is a huge difference. It could be that they diluted petrol or the pump delivered less than I paid for! Either way, that means they are scammers.

DOGGY STAFF/ COMPANY!
Second point. I went inside to pay and the guy at the counter did not confirm this transaction on his till. I had to request the receipt and then he printed it out. That means they dodge the tax too. I am not a big fan of paying taxes but that proves point one. When they’ve got more (diluted) ‘fuel’ than originally invoiced no wonder they skip some transactions.

FINAL THOUGHTS:
I have seen this type of operation before and I can assure you that, if the place is not giving you a receipt the petrol will always be inferior. You will travel less on your money and potentially this will damage your engine.

Staff are lovely, prices are slightly higher than the supermarket stations. Good shop attached too.
