Open Late at Night. I often get my parcels delivered here. Love the fact you can collect your parcels whenever it is convenient for you. They also have a cash point.

A petrol station that is in the process of upgrading to proving EV charging points. Used recently to collect and return packages to Amazon and using the car wash facilities.

I live next door to this station and I can only comment on the fact that no-one is monitoring the noise levels here, especially during the night and early hours of the morning. Ever since the EV installation, the noise pollution is unacceptable. Customers having loud conversations, on the phone on handsfree and by far the worst, loud music playing sometimes at 3am waking up the entire area. This is totally unacceptable, no regard for those around them. Management need to sort this out.
Also the four EV charging docks have three huge lighting lamp posts which stay on and lit the entire time! I thought the whole point was conserving energy...!

Only too often, when I enter a shop with a Collect+ parcel, the shopkeeper first asks me if I'm doing a return. When I say "yes", the system is suddenly "not working" and I have to go somewhere else.

Would the system at the BP filling station have been working if I'd requested another service?

This is by no means the first time this has happened, although it is the first time I've complained.

I do not expect to go on a wild goose chase, looking for a working machine to process my parcel.

Why are you so reluctant to process returns?

I look forward to your reply.
