very poor customer service, went in to buy a coffee and a phone top up, i paid and left forgetting to take my top up voucher, i went back and the cashier insisted that he gave it to me when he didn't, i asked for a copy of the receipt or a transaction nr but i was told simple no. he told me you can contact paypoint but without transaction nr or any kind of transaction info its pointless. He did offer to SELL me another top up but could not help with my complaint

The staff here need some training on serving customers, barely got a grunt from the cashier, not saying you want a full on conversation but even an acknowledgement that you are there would be nice, definitely no 'service with a smile' here, won't be back!

No social distancing, they have an outdoor service hatch but want you in their grubby little shop in case you buy some junk. Selfish and ignorant staff! Their petrol burns like any other.

The staff are rude, unhelpful and can't be bothered to answer the phone, never have they answered! They make out paypoint machine doesn't work too! How they get away with this behaviour I do not know!

Forecourt has 4 pump bays and other room for parking for a couple of cars.
There are Inpost lockers on forecourt so can get busy at times. Cash dispenser also and car wash.
Opposite a Tesco express convenience store, also with cash dispenser.

The person at the till wasn't helpful and although they participate in shell go+ it seems they know next to nothing about it.
I wasn't offered a scratch card either and they didn't know how I could my promotions

Used the car wash, did not clean car so requested another wash and was refused.

Have had to complain to HQ as no resolution.

They aren't very friendly and there was absolutely no customer service.... and the Costa coffee was like warm...😔
