Terrible service. Lack of customer care. More bothered about using their mobile then being helpful. Stating the obvious with replies to questions in a rude manner. Will not be returning.

Was told its down to my bank but put £15 petrol in & once home I noticed they took the £15 plus £100! Was reassured by a nice lady at WJKing motors my bank will pay it pack within 24hrs if not call back, i tried calling the petrol station first but any number I was able to find online was invalid, the petrol station are aware of this problem & if your money does not get paid back in contact Howard.

Stopped on the way back for fuel after watching BSB at Brands Hatch, used the self service pumps, now ice and easy to use very similar to Asda pumps, plenty of room around the pumps as well, the pay at the counter pumps were busy with a few queuing, so it wasn't easy to see the self service pumps were empty.

I used to work at a few of the garages for this company, please take my advice and avoid all of the stations run by them. Managers treat staff like slaves and owners just as bad!!!!

Always great to stop in at. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Always chatty and really take time to get to know their customers
