There was only one member of staff on the till. The queue was massive and was going all the down and round the shop. This ment that people getting fuel had to wait a long time and the forecourt was getting super busy. Not impressed.

Staff aren't friendly and most of the time very miserable.

This garage runs out of diesel on a regular basis. Some staff at this garage are not very friendly.

A good service station. But recently every time I’ve been they have no petrol. Used to be good but now it’s a risk turning up there.

I used facilities at this shell garage I used the disabled toilet and the emergency cord was about 3ft off the ground if somebody fell forward how are they supposed to reach the cord no hand sanitizer outside the door when asked about it one member of staff just shrugged there shoulders as if to say not my problem but would speak to someone about it

Supposed to be open 24 hours as advertised on the side of the building. Went in to grab a quick coffee at 06:30 this morning and was bluntly told that it wouldn’t be open till 07:30. How can it be open 24 hours then. Some clarification on open hours needed.

Went here for the Shell Recharge for my EV car. Two chargers, CCS for me. £0.41 per KWh and contactless. Two parking bays to the right of the petrol pumps. Very easy to use the charger, and rapid version, 50KWh.

Clean your toilets! You have a sign saying that the toilets are cleaned regularly, but I doubt that the mens toilet has been cleaned in the last 2 years! Not good at all!
