I ride a motorbike. They discriminate solely against motorcyclists. They have no customer service skills. They are rude. If a car comes through they can pay after but if a bike comes through they always have to pre pay after asking me to take my helmet off. I have decided to use only BP even tho Esso is closer.

Good shop but limited offerings compared to some others although it does have a coffee concession inside. Pump prices aren't the cheapest but I guess that's to be expected. Free cash machine on site (outside) and I just noticed recently that they have storage lockers outside where you can arrange for deliveries to be made to.

Had a parcel delivered here and they claim to not have received it, even though I have proof of postage and delivery. They even say it happened to others. Don’t use this as a click and collect point as you probably won’t get your parcel. He didn’t even seem sorry. V v un happy!

Nothing special about this place. It appears to have change hands. The new staff dont appear to have any customer focus. When I visited they appeared more interested in private phone calls and talking to each other. I stood waiting at the counter, waiting to pay for fuel whilst two female staff chatted amongst themselves and liaised with a third party on the phone. However credit where credit is due, a young man working there appears very customer focused and its nice to have a least one member of staff that focuses on the customers.

Gas prices seemed quite low so.wil lcome.back.when ours runs out for the bbq. Clean friendly. Always busy as its a popular place but there's hardly a wait for petrol.
