ESSO RONTEC THE DOME

Place 24-hours and appeared open however there is no one at Counter. I waited around 10-minutes knocked at the counter window and shouted to check if anyone was there unfortunately unsuccessful. Anyone could steal the stock at the very front of the shop. :(
What is the point of advertising 24-hours opening if you have no available stuff working

Be aware you’ll not get what you paid for!!! All the car washing programs are not existing but they sell it for you! It is a basic wash with some foam, nothing else. The machine is literally not able to do waxing or wash your car below!!! The staff will tell you to call the number on the machine for refund!

Easy access off the A4 is about the only good thing you can say. Very dozy staff, who conveniently keep failing to honour the Nectar money off offer on the price per litre. Keep claiming they forgot, pressed the wrong button, it’s too late etc etc…

Lazy staff, washing machine is rubbish, i was charged 3 times for 1 washing ,saying transaction is cancelled make you to do again and again. Nothing doesn't start when I get at home. I start to receive text 3 times charged £2 . For just 1 washing off 200 seconds =£6 Not helpful staff at all.nothing else to say. Definitely nothing positive.

The jet wash I was using suddenly stopped working while I still had £4 left on it. Went to the till to ask the guys about it and one of them went with me to check it himself that it was indeed not working properly. They gave me the £4 back to be able to use them on the other jet wash which was working well. 10/10 service

Automatic washing machine is a way to steal your money . I paid £8.99 full wash , what i got only water and dryer nofoam , when I complain, young worker less tan half of my age accusing me lying and want to see footage of my dashcam. I was furious. Happend on Sunday 26th June q022 around 8:50 and he was telling his colleague dontbwory about him he is a driver . Goinag to see his manger

I paid £80 to them my petrol cost was £69.55 and they gave me £1-2 back didn’t pay my full cost, I just counted my money in cash and saw they scammed me
