Terrible service toilets out of order and got shouted at by the staff for asking about them ...the staff need changing in here

Terrible experience with shop operative Kajan yesterday morning , he waved me over as i was about to fill up my car and then in the shop gave no explanation what so ever, somehow expecting me to know that forward payments are suddenly the done thing ! i actually thought there was something wrong ... ? when i questioned this unusual practice ( first time i ever experienced it) he told me that some shop ops do and some don't, in respect to forward payments. This seems a very odd way of going about business ! presuming the customer to be a potential fuel thief ?

I was not happy or comfortable with this set up , many people will not know exactly how much fuel they want and its rather rude .The gentleman in front of me was visibly struggling as he waited for his card payment to go through ( he turned and apologised to me)
So i asked for the details customer enquiry/complaint and Kajans attitude changed from nonchalant to plain arrogant. upon my way out of the shop some one else walked in and Kajan said ''It will make me very happy when you complain'' so i replied 'okay' ??
the other person said ''oh no'' ? it appeared they knew each other, though they were not in shell attire.
As I started up my car up, Kajan was waving manically and sarcastically goodbye to me from the shop window, he continued to do this, in front of the customer/friend? I did not respond , it felt like he was trying to provoke a negative reaction from me. I had been entirely civil and polite throughout and if anything felt embarrassed by his immature and completely un-professional attitude.
Well what can I say ? if this forward payment is actual policy ? then i will no longer use shell. If Kajan was an employee of mine , i would want to know exactly how he conducts himself and address his appalling attitude appropriately. Sincerely Neil.
