Very efficient and friendly customer service. I always come here to top up fuel. Inside of little Waitrose, coffee machine is available, you can purchase coffee. Also there is a customer toilet inside.

There was no plastic gloves and no paper towels on any pumps.

Paying is always slow, staff don’t jump on to clear queues, prices for food in store are very high and petrol prices are usually highest in the area. There’s a few reasons to go elsewhere.

Expensive diesel. Today 25.11.22 Costco Lakeside charge £ 1.69 p/ltr - shell charge £ 1.89 p/l.

The lady at the Shell Garage on Saturday, 2nd October managing the traffic, and ensuring there was no mayhem at the pumps today (and managing the traffic flow in Queensway) is doing an absolutely fantastic job. What an advert for expectation management, and keeping things civilised. Thank you. There is definitely petrol and diesel at the Queensway Garage at the moment, with a delivery about 2 hours ago. Queues are long, but there is no queue jumping thanks to this lady. She is absolutely brilliant.

Never used this fuel station before and certainly won’t be again. Waiting outside to enter as expected given the current situation (covid) limiting numbers in the store. Clear signage stating face coverings are required, customer infront of me approaches the worker on the door and shows him a vaccination card as he doesn’t have a face covering on, worker just allows him to enter unchallenged. When I approach the till I ask the person serving me if face coverings are required in this store and he replies with “err I’m not sure” when I ask why the person before me wasn’t even asked to wear one he just looked at me blankly and had no answer. As I leave I say to the worker on the door that you shouldn’t be allowing people in here without a face covering on unless they’re medically exempt as it’s putting other customers and staff at risk he had no reply or explanation. This establishment has a duty of care to its customers and this simply isn’t good enough.

The opening hours for Monday says until 11pm, but the vehicle entry was closed at 10.30pm. either correct your opening hours on Google map or don't restrict entry earlier than closing hours. Very disappointed!
